Our personalized products are handmade and packed with love in our studio. We consider sustainability very important, which is why we send most of our packages via letterbox delivery. The mail carrier will deliver your package, so there is no need to stay at home!

For orders up to €40, you pay a small shipping fee of €4.95. For orders of €40 or more, your package will be shipped free of charge (NL). For Belgium & Germany, this is €6.50 up to €60, and free above that.
Your order will always be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Except during holiday periods and public holidays; if the period is longer, this will be stated on the homepage.

Can I still change my order?
Did you discover a mistake or would you like to make an adjustment? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@babyzus.nl. If your order has not yet gone into production, we will be happy to see what is possible.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes, you can! During the ordering process, you can leave a gift wrapping and a personal message.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. Did you not receive it? Please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping & delivery
How will my package be delivered?
By default, our packages are sent as letterbox mail via PostNL. This means you usually do not need to stay home for the delivery. Orders over €75 are automatically sent as parcel mail.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
When you choose shipping with track & trace during checkout, you will receive it as soon as your order has been processed by PostNL.
My track & trace shows that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet.
We use letterbox packages. It happens regularly that these are registered as delivered during the sorting process, while they are still on their way. Sometimes there can be a few working days in between. Therefore, please wait a little longer. Have you still not received your order after 5 working days? Then feel free to contact us.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Of course, we find that extremely annoying. Take photos of the packaging and the contents immediately and send them to us. We will look for a suitable solution together.
Do you also deliver to Belgium & the rest of Europe?
Yes, we also ship to Belgium & the rest of Europe. The processing time is the same, however, the shipping may be slightly longer than within the Netherlands.
Returns & complaints
Can I return my order?
All non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days after receipt. Always report your return first via info@babyzus.nl.
My product is damaged or delivered incomplete. What now?
We are happy to solve this for you. Contact us and send photos if possible. We will respond as soon as possible and look for a suitable solution together.
Can colors differ from the photos?
We do our utmost to represent colors as naturally as possible. Due to differences in screen settings, a color can sometimes differ slightly in reality.
Is an invoice sent along?
No, we never add invoices or price information to our packages. You will receive this at the email address you have provided. This way, you can have your order delivered as a gift without worry.
Can my order be wrapped as a gift?
We pay a lot of attention to our packaging so that unwrapping is already a little party. You can find any gift options during the ordering process.
