Report a complaint

Are you not satisfied? We'd love to hear from you. To register a complaint, you can send an email to  info@babyzus.nl. We request that you notify us of the complaint by e-mail within a few days of discovering it. We are happy to think along about a suitable solution. Please include the order number and telephone number in your email. We will contact you as soon as possible.

The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint are initially for your own account. These costs will be credited if the complaint is upheld.

If it is not possible to come to a solution together, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

It is also possible to register your complaint with the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can deposit your complaint there if it is not yet being processed elsewhere.
