Payment & Shipping 

✘ All our items are nicely packaged for free.
✘ We aim to deliver the item within 1 - 2 working days at most 
✘ It is also possible to pick up your items in IJmuiden, see below Pick up
✘ We ship our items by bubble wrap envelopes or letterbox boxes and pay a lot of attention to this.
✘ Most orders fit in a letterbox package. So you don't have to be at home to receive a package.

Payment options
You can pay safely and quickly via the webshop by means of I-Deal, Bancontact, Credit card, Paypal or Klarna Afterwards Payment.

Gift voucher
Have you received a gift voucher? You can enter the code on this in the discount code/gift voucher field. If a nice other discount applies at that time, you can of course take advantage of it. Enter the discount code in the comment box & we'll process it afterwards!

Discount code 
Did you receive a discount code*? You can easily use it in our checkout! You can redeem 1 discount code per order. Discount codes are valid on almost everything. *Discount codes are never valid on Cuddle Cloths, Pacifier Cuddles & Gift Sets.

Shipping NL 
The shipping costs are calculated at the 'check out'.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.99.

No shipping costs above €30.

Shipping EU 
Shipping abroad is also possible. Within Europe the rates are between €4.95 and €7.95, depending on the weight. These prices are based on a letterbox package without track & trace. Would you still like to receive a track & trace? Then choose parcel post.


Free shipping above €50 for the whole of the EU!

Pick up 
Do you live near IJmuiden? Then you can also pick up your order in our studio! Our address is Sluisplein 46, IJmuiden on the 4th floor. You can enter with the pass at the door!
