Return 

If, despite our good care, an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned. You have the right to cancel the distance purchase within 14 working days after receipt of the products. The following conditions apply for this:

✘ Only non-personalized products can be returned.

✘ The items to be returned must still have labels and be returned in their original packaging and will not be taken back if: the items are damaged, used and/or washed, you have tried to repair a defect yourself or you have not followed the instruction manual.

✘ If you want to return a product, you must indicate this in advance via info@babyzus.nl. The items to be returned must be returned to us and received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items that have not been received by us or have not been received by us within the specified period will not be accepted.

✘ Address the shipment in accordance with the instructions in the e-mail that you will receive after registering your return and offer the shipment as soon as possible at a PostNL post office or service point. You will receive a shipping receipt with a barcode on it. Keep this proof of shipping until your return has been processed by us.

✘ We will confirm receipt of your return by email. The amount of the return will be credited. The payment will be made to the same account number where the payment was made by you. Please note that the shipping costs are for your own account.

✘ Returns are at your own expense.

Reflection period / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €3.99 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@babyzus.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
